Elliott Bradley, President

Elliott has been involved in the Dallas, Fort Worth Metroplex investment community since his graduation from SMU in 1965. His career began with E.F. Hutton & Company in 1966 and spanned fifteen years, during which time he became a Regional Vice President responsible for the International Equity Department for the Southwest Region.
In 1982 Elliott joined the Cambridge Companies as Vice President and partner and formed three subsidiaries including WestGrove Capitol, WestGrove Securities and Sierra Associates. Through these companies Elliott was General Partner of over 30 joint ventures and partnerships that raised approximately $20,000,000 in private equity for the purchase and development of shopping centers, apartments, office buildings and raw land, located in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Grayson counties.
In 1991, Elliott formed Bradco Interests, Inc., a McKinney based diversified real estate company involved in commercial real estate development, investments and brokerage. Bradco has been involved in the development of numerous commercial properties in Collin and Grayson counties including shopping centers in Allen and McKinney, medical plazas in McKinney and Sherman, and rural subdivisions in Collin and Grayson counties. In 2003, Bradley became managing partner of Mariposa Homes (www.Mariposa-Homes.com), a single family home builder focusing on afforadable housing in North Texas. Bradco currently controls, as Managing Venturer, approximately $15,000,000 of land investments in Collin and Grayson counties.
